Actors biography:
Adam is a born and raised Glaswegian actor, he has a passion for new work that makes people smile and laugh, but also loves the classics with his particular choices being Shakespeare, Arthur Miller and Tennessee Williams.
Adam has just graduated from Queen Margaret University’s BA (Hons) Acting and Performance course.
It was in this course where he had been given the opportunity to perform in Tynecastle Park in Two halves Productions final rendition of ‘A War Of Two Halves’ Playing the comic relief of Harry Wattie, he had also given the amazing chance to perform at the Traverse Theatre in his graduate showcase.
What made Adam want to pursue acting, was attending Glasgow Acting Academy. It was here where Adam got the chance to see firsthand that acting was taken seriously and not seen as a joke by the people he worked with. Working with many creatives and performing in plays and musicals alike showed Adam that someone can do what they love as a profession.
Adam’s favorite production was his performance as Bottom in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ when he was just 15 in Kelvinside Academy. This production solidified his love for Shakespeare’s numerous works and drove him to pursue a career in acting.
When Adam’s not acting, you can probably find him playing his switch or pulling pints, both things he actively enjoys!
He is also set to make his Fringe Debut with ‘State ae That Theatre’ in their new show ‘Casino?’
