Courtney Gabbidon is a dynamic actor and musician from Birmingham, UK, known for his grounded presence, emotional depth, and instinctive approach to performance. With a natural ease both on stage and on camera, Courtney brings a unique blend of charm, grit, and precision to every role he takes on.
He began his acting journey at the University of Chester, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Drama and Theatre Studies with Psychology. Since graduating, Courtney has worked across a variety of mediums including theatre, television, short film, and voiceover work.
Some of his recent credits include “Simon Says Dadda” directed by artist Beverley Bennett, doing various VO work for Overton Audios’ Doctor Who audio series, playing the role of Horse in the D&S produced “The Full Monty” and will be featured in a doc-series that will be aired on Sky.
Whether playing intense drama or dry comedy, Courtney’s strength lies in his ability to fully inhabit his characters while keeping their humanity front and centre.
Outside of acting, Courtney enjoys writing songs, stories, scripts and tabletop gaming with friends. He’s currently based in Birmingham and is open to work both in the UK and internationally.
