Michael Scott Tait is a Scottish actor based in the North East of England. He has been a lead actor in award winning short films such as ECHO (Cannes Film Festival) MAN ON THE HILL

(Tees Valley International Film Festival) JAMMY (Sunderland Shorts International Film Festival).

Michael has played a variety of characters such as a World War Two soldier, Vampire, abusive husband, gangster and loving father.

Michael has studied at The Actors Forge in the North East for the last 3 years. He has been involved in multiple showcases where he has wrote and performed his own scenes.

As an ex professional rugby player Michael brings a strong presence to the screen and stage. His calm and quiet nature allows him to portray a range of emotions through stillness and subtly, while his athleticism and size allows him to perform roles physically and explosively.
