Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and educated in Paris, France, Paul is an active member of the filmmaking community in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

A fluent French speaker with British, Canadian, and Irish passports, he draws on his international experiences to bring depth and nuance to the characters he portrays, approaching each role with empathy, curiosity, and a global perspective.

Paul’s versatility spans a wide emotional spectrum, moving effortlessly between grounded realism and heightened or unconventional roles. On screen, he has played authority figures such as doctors, politicians, and news anchors, as well as complex outsiders, including addicts, stalkers, and killers.

He has had lead roles in multiple short films and made his UK television debut in the CBS Reality/True Crime series Bloodline Detectives. In 2025, he was awarded Best Actor – Short Film at the Berlin Indie Film Festival, recognising his dedication to layered and compelling performances.
