Actors biography:

Sarah is a British actor who spent her formative years in Cheshire, Merseyside, and Birmingham, raised by Welsh parents. She now resides in Derbyshire, which has contributed to her natural fluency in a range of regional accents.

Sarah recently co-produced and starred in the award-winning short film ‘Pig in a Ginnel’. She performed in a one-woman show, ‘Laudable Pus’ (Silver Pine Productions), written by Anna Girolami, in which she portrayed four different characters from medical history. The show featured a memorable and gory on-stage amputation and was honoured with the ‘Best Show’ award at Birmingham Fest 2023.

Among Sarah’s favourite stage roles is Lady Macbeth, which she describes as a dream to play, given the complex blend of power, psychopathy, and vulnerability the role demands. On screen, she is frequently cast as teachers, doctors, and mothers—often bringing to life characters with nervous or obsessive personalities.

Sarah Gordon is a versatile actor and an endearing presence onstage and brings perfect balance to each role.
